We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for threatening or abusive behaviour towards doctors, staff, and other patients at the clinic under any circumstances. Such behaviour includes:
Anyone engaging is this type of conduct may be asked to leave, the police may be called or the individual(s) may face dismissal from our practice.
If you are seeing a doctor here for the first time you must bring a Medicare card/have a Medicare number to be eligible for bulk billed services. Expired cards will not be accepted.
Without a card or number you will be charged a fee of $60.
If you are using health insurance for payment you will have to pay a fee to us upfront. When booking your appointment mention this to our reception staff to know how much your appointment may cost.
Telehealth consults and prescriptions:
If you've had a phone consult and were written a prescription it can be sent to your smart phone via an e-Script message.
If you don't have a smart phone or your prescription is for an S8 drug you will need to collect the prescription in person from reception with photo ID.
We will no longer be faxing, posting, or emailing prescriptions.
Failure to attend your appointment or to cancel it (up to 1 hour beforehand) will result in a fee:

This must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. We only accept payment via EFTPOS.
If you wish to cancel your appointment and you have booked online through Health Engine you can cancel through their website or app. Otherwise call us and speak to our reception staff.
Masks are required to be worn by all patients reporting cold and flu symptoms and must produce a negative RAT test.
FOR COVID POSITIVE PATIENTS:
Please do not attend the clinic in-person and contact us to arrange a telehealth appointment.
For privacy and confidentiality reasons we do not communicate with patients through email.
If you are requesting your medical records please speak with us in-person at the clinic about the process. If you are attending another medical practice, they can send a 'request for medical information' form signed by you.
