What can be bulk billed?

Eligible Patients

We offer bulk billing to all patients. 

Certain types of consults are not covered by Medicare and will attract private fees. 

If you are unsure if you will be bulk billed please contact us before your appointment on  89325100 to discuss with our staff. We will inform you of the cost and you will be required to make payment prior to or on the day of your appointment depending on the service. 

Assessments

We will continue to bulk bill:

  • Health assessments
  • Mental health care plans
  • Chronic disease management plans 

Telehealth

All Telehealth consultation appointments will incur a private fee with an upfront payment before booking the appointment. 


This fee will also apply to healthcare card holders/pension care card holders and children. 


Availability of telehealth appointments are made at the doctor's discretion.

Non-attendance Fee

Failure to attend your appointment or to cancel it (up to 1 hour beforehand) will result in a fee:

Single appointments:

  • $20      weekdays
  • $30      weekends and public holidays 


Double appointments:

  • $30      weekdays
  • $40      weekends and public holidays


This must be paid in full before any future appointments can be booked. We only accept payment via EFTPOS.

If you wish to cancel your appointment and have made your booking online through Health Engine you can cancel through their website or app. Otherwise call us and speak to our reception staff.
